In this single-session 2-hour class, you will create your own collection of up to 4 charms, pendants, and/or ornaments — perfect for earrings, necklaces, or festive decorations!
We’ll guide you through:
• Shaping and cutting your chosen designs
• Finishing techniques
• Attaching a hanging mechanism
• Optional painting with underglaze
Pick up finished work in about 2 weeks.

Come to this 2-hour session with an idea of how you want to design/decorate/carve/sculpt your pre-made blank pumpkin form and make it come to life. An optional glaze session will be offered for no additional charge. Or choose your glaze colors to be applied by SayDoSay staff and pick up your finished pumpkin in approximately 1 week.

Painting and Stenciling on Slab Coasters

This is a group class with up to 8 people.
In this single-session 2-hour class, you will create your own collection of 4 coasters. You will choose the shape of your coasters, then be shown how to cut them out and prep them for design work. You will then be introduced to a variety of painting and stenciling techniques to decorate and add color to your set of coasters using underglazes

Must have prior experience on the pottery wheel.
A $350 refundable security deposit is required to cover potential damage.
Clay, Glaze, and Firing are also provided for an additional fee.

Two tabletop pottery wheels, clay, aprons, and an instructor who will guide you through the throwing process, making your ideas come to life!

Come and use the studio equipment and materials to create. You must have at least one class with SayDoSay before being able to do a Drop-In.
This is an independent work session. Additional drop-in sessions may be required to complete the building and/or glazing of your work. Clay is required to be purchased from the studio. Mollie Leisinger
OWNER
Mollie Leisinger is an artist, educator, and founder of SayDoSay Pottery Studio. Her creative journey began with earning a Fine Arts degree from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln, which led to nearly a decade of teaching art in Lincoln Public Schools. In 2020, Mollie opened a home pottery studio where she created and sold her work while also offering classes.
The demand for classes quickly grew, and it became clear that a larger space was needed. This is when Mollie discovered a charming building in the heart of the Bethany neighborhood. With the help of family and friends, she brought new life to the space and transformed it into the thriving community studio it is today.
At the core of Mollie’s work is a deep love for learning, teaching, creating, and connecting with others. She feels incredibly grateful to have built a space that not only fosters creativity but also brings people together to explore, express, and grow through clay.

STUDIO DOG
Little Miss Estes is Mollie’s best friend and is at the studio whenever Mollie is there. When you come into the studio, she will greet you with a wagging tail and loving energy. She will do a proper meet and greet and then find her comfy spot and snooze while everyone creates.

Mason Myers
INSTRUCTOR
Mason is a Lincoln native who comes to us with many years of pottery experience. A former pottery student of Mollie’s (owner of SayDoSay Pottery Studio) while she taught at North Star High School, Mason specializes in throwing on the pottery wheel. He also enjoys and has become a master of experimenting with glaze applications. When he is not at the studio you can find him enjoying the great outdoors and practicing his photography. As one of the instructors at the studio, Mason’s goal is to make sure that everyone taking classes with him is provided with the instruction and guidance needed to be successful in creating on the pottery wheel and to make sure that students are having a great time while doing so.

Sierra McComb
INSTRUCTOR AND STUDIO ASSISTANT
Originally from Bellevue, Nebraska, Sierra now lives here in Lincoln. Sierra achieved her Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice from Nebraska Wesleyan University in 2023. She enjoys spending her time expanding her creative abilities through creating a variety of different pottery forms on both the wheel and with hand building as well as experimenting with glaze combinations. As one of the instructors at the studio, Sierra’s goal is to help her students discover their creative abilities and to have fun during the creative process.
